Great staff - really convenient location, both for the business meeting I attend in Melbourne - and for the beach / park and social activities when I am not working. They could use to throw a coat of paint on the place, but other than that - I'm a big fan.

One bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen equipped with basic necessities for cooking, fridge, stove-top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 12 foot ceilings and wonderful hardwood floors were a bonus. I have no issues with the room itself. What I was not prepared for was the entrance to the rooms being in a back alley and having to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs (no elevators in this section of the building) other than that, our stay was excellent. We would stay again. Great value!
