"Brand new beautiful hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2013
The last two nights of a two week trip, this hotel was the perfect way to end a journey in Ho Chi Minh. While the hotel was having a "soft" grand opening and several embellishments and lights were still be installed on the walls, our room was clean and well-cared for. The pool and rooftop lounge/bar provided a beautiful venue away from the busy city and traffic. Staff were amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay and even provided a welcoming tray including Vietnamese coffee and local fruits! The hotel is easily walkable to many places in Saigon if you are able to learn how to cross the streets by dodging hundreds of scooter and motorcycles and deal with the humidity. If I find myself in Ho Chi Minh again, I will certainly book at Eden Saigon.
"I will not stay anywhere else when visiting HCMC"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 8, 2013
shuttle picked me up from airport on time with my name on a sign. Breakfast buffet is simply wonderful. Great great currency exchange rate (nothing to worry about in contrast to what I read when exchanging money elsewhere). Great front desk service. gave me a small note on selecting legit taxis. Only $5.00 by taxi to the middle of town (district one, banh thanh market) I was dropped back at the airport for my departing flight in a timely manner. As a first time solo female traveler, first time to HCMC, I feel very well taken care of by the staff and the services. Highly recommend.
"Grand Hotel Saigon - Great Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 30, 2013
Excellent location, the service was spectacular, couldn't ask for more. It's a great hotel, the roof top patio has an amazing view. I would highly recommend eating outside the hotel at the local restaurants, they're cheap and delicious. Make sure to have Vietnam Dongs, don't bother paying in USD you'll always pay more.
