"Nice, but needs updating"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 5, 2012
The staff at the Four Seasons are wonderful. Our room was nice. However, the Sheraton across the street was more luxurious for $100 per night less. Both hotels are away from the main downtown area so there is no shopping within walking distance.

"Decent hotel, location could be better"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 17, 2011
The hotel was fine and as a 4 star hotel it met expectations. The location was not so great. To walk anywhere was difficult because of the lack of sidewalks and the somewhat detached location of the hotel.
"Le Royal Amman Jordan"Reviewed by Robert V of "US" on Aug 21, 2010
The hotel is 40 min away from the airport. It is in the heart of the city. I like the sounds of the city. We left the window open most of the time. The view was awesome. I had no idea how vast Amman is. Great views from all sides of the hotel. The hotels resturants have amazing food. The chefs took a lot of pride in the food they serve. Everything was great. We were treated like family at this hotel. At dinner, the chefs brought us around the food tables and told us what they had prepared and we managed to try a little of everything. I give the chefs a seven star rating. I will stay there again when I travel to Jordan next.
