I have a reservation for a privilege room which seems to be the better rooms on the top floor. The rooms were nice and no complaint there. However, upon check out I was told that we had to pay for breakfast. I was under the assumption that breakfast was included, as I had confirmed this with Hotels.com before. Not sure who's making the mistake either Mercure or Hotels.com but it was very frustrating at the time.

The Park Inn by Radisson is a good value for the price. Clean rooms and friendly service.
