The hotel was very conveniently situated for our needs,the rooms were good value and excellently maintained. However, though we had booked non smoking rooms very well in advance, we were put in "smoking ' rooms - with the option of being moved into non-smokers for the second night. We did not want the upheaval and so stayed in our allocated rooms. But we felt disappointed at the outcome. Also, we needed briefly to use the hotel internet and printing facility. The internet was fine, but the printer did not work. Reception's response was " oh yes - it wasn't working yesterday " Not a very professional approach to customer service!” 17/09/2008
