The staff were exceptionally helpful when we could not get accommodation for future nights, They went out of their way to help, doing searches on their computer for us and offering advice.

Hotel has lots going for it, but the room was so small I could not leave my suitcase open. Granted it was a large suitcase but still the room was tiny.

The hotel was very nice for the cost. Our only objection was that there was NO WI FI. It was advertised that there was free WI FI which is why I picked this hotel over others. They didn't even know what WI FI was. They had a computer with broadband in the lobby area for people to use (at a charge), but is was broken. We had to go across the street to another hotel and pay to use their computers in the lobby.

I stayed at Citgate, and with a 3 night stay got a great rate. My room was spacious and well appointed, if a bit minimalist. The lobby was also nicely decorated, but smaller and less grandiose that the Duxton or Hyatt, for example. Service was first rate, with friendly and helpful staff that go the extra mile. The free internet in the business center was also very helpful. Overall, very nice and an outstanding value compared to the competition. If you need a gigantic opulent lobby, this isn't the place, but otherwise an excellent choice that I recommend.

This hotel is in a great location. The train station and all the shops are 2 blocks away. Northbridge is a short walk over the bridge but far enough away miss all the crazies. The rooms are small but are ok for a day or 2.
