Had a wonderful time at this Hotel. got the an outstanding room and was not far from major sites either. just around the corner is the jamersons irish Pub!!!! Great food and wonderful service!!! Most of all great Price!!! I will stay here again!!!

I always stay @ the Aya Hotel when I'm in Pattaya. The location can't be beat which is about a 3 minute walk to Walking St and minutes to the mall. It's tucked away quitely on a promendade so your away from the noise which keeps it quite. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Houskeepin is always on point and service is great. The only recommendation I would make is that they fix or start repairing their bathroom areas cause seems liek the water or humity is starting to eat at the dry walls making it not look as clean. Other than that this hotel is great with a great rate. Would recommend!

Overall the stay at the LK was great. The staff was not friendly but they were not unfriendly (teaching moment for the LK management). There is something going on with the hot water in the shower. It will last for the first two minutes then it will leave you for one minute than it will return. It is consistent weather you shower day or night. I thought is was kind of funny, not a deal breaker so I adjusted how I rinse, lather, wash and rinse. After an active night or day in Pattaya you will appreciate coming home to the LK.

Location is right in the middle of LK Metro. Hotel is a little worn, but had the neccessities.

This hotel is one block off the beach and right in the mix of central Pattaya. If that is what you are after, and you can deal with the noise of the street and the bar music until 2am then this is your spot. If that is not what you are after then i would have to first ask - why are you in Pattaya?? Because that seems to be all that there is in this town. I actually was here for business and hope i never need to return again. I hate this town. But for a hotel this place was pretty nice - even with the loud city life below. The staff is a little cold for Thai standards but given that this city attracts scum bags i guess i could understand why they are more conservative.

this was my second stay at siam bayview. it is a very good hotel very close to everything. i am planning another trip to thailand hopefully this summer and this hotel will be at the top of my list.
