I was in wonderful, gorgeous Hobart for a meeting and stayed at the Leisure Inn one night before moving onto the accommodations provided by the meeting organizers. I was on the 8th floor which provides outstanding views. The room was clean enough. My primary complain is that the windows allow all types of street noise in. In fact I could hear the crosswalk signal all night in my room from 8 stories up. If you are a light sleeper (or not one to easily fall asleep) consider earplugs. On the other hand, I heard no noise at all from within the hotel.
