The front desk clerk was very welcoming and the room was surprisingly comfortable - price was unbeatable and room was much quieter than we thought it would be given the location at a fairly major intersection.

When I realized it was a college residence, I was very skeptical. The staff and the condition of the rooms changed my mind. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. It was a very good experience.

we were at this hotel for 4 nights from December 15/11 due to the fact that our son was in the Sudbury Health Sience hospital for surgery. The parking is free at the hotel and right across Paris srteet from the hospital. This was very convieniant and a $ saver as parking at the hospital is $6.00 every time you park. The front desk staff are amazing and were very understanding when I would come in looking like I had just finished crying or so stressed I could not remember where my room was. Justin ( I hope I got that right ) even inquired about my son and and seemed genuinely interested. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sudbury, but would say it is a must book if you are going to be at the hospital at all. There is a restaurant in the hotel and it is also very close to any facility you may need.
