  Friendly customer service and clean rooms. Free parking included in gated garage. Central Richmond location near shopping areas.

  Close to the airport, parking at hotel and shuttle service to and from airport very handy.

  Was very comfortable, will stay again if need to be near airport!! Breakfast was excellent as well, and love ubderground parking!!! Thank you

  Slightly tacky decor, but the service and hospitality made up for it. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I've had. Free breakfast was good and the pub and restaurant had a nice variety of menu items.

  The hotel had everything we could want, except a gym. There are a large number of Asian restaurants very near by. The surrounding neighborhood was clean and safe.

  Very convenient, clean and cost effective. Only complaint is that the gym is only open from 9am to 5pm or so! Who can use a gym in that period!! And would be good if user could control amount of water coming out of shower because it wastes a lot of water to only have full blast option.
