Friendly customer service and clean rooms. Free parking included in gated garage. Central Richmond location near shopping areas.

Hotel wasn't great, but it did the trick. A couple announces. I had to use the phone in the room to use a calling card and call America, the phone was very fuzzy, so annoying that I just had to hang up...My pregnant wife was not very happy about that, Also there was no Menus in the room for pizza or take out. Not a big deal but I was tierd and just wanted to order in. Convenant location to the airport.

The hotel had everything we could want, except a gym. There are a large number of Asian restaurants very near by. The surrounding neighborhood was clean and safe.
