My stay for three nights was very satisfactory. The staff were very warm and ready at all times to make me comfortable. When I needed a taxi very early in the morning on my check-out day, and there was delay in getting one, a staff asked the son to drop me off at the bus terminus.

The front desk staff and maintenance staff were amazing, constantly looking for new ways to make our stay better. They were friendly, personable, and accommodating. They definitely went the extra mile for our family!! The only disappointment was with the staff in the hotel restaurant. They lacked the professionalism and quality of service that we saw in the rest of the staff.

Great place to stay, but a bit difficult to find. The staff and room, fantastic, the signage to get to it, not so great.
