"Very close to all attractions!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
The service and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. We first were given a twin room which was very small and by the third day we got a bigger room. The beds are very good and we had a good nights rest the full 8 days we were there. The pool was dirty and the sauna was not working. Also our room was not cleaned before 2.00 pm. and most of the time we never got enough towels. Otherwise we found the hotel very accomedating and helpful . The breakfast was very good and the hotel was located near the center of town with the lovely "Company Garden" right across and below Table Mountain. - We would stay there again.

"Modern hotel, great location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 29, 2013
We came back from Franchoek after a two day winetasting expirience and need a refrigerator in our room. We just contacted the houskeeping and they supplied it right away. The location is great, just a few minuts walk to waterfront in the middle of the Waterkant area. Good restaurants just around the corner, and a swimming pool in the backyeard. The pool is a bit narrow but we did manage. The staff is a bit distant, and could be a bit more caring and smiling.
"Nice and quiet hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 4, 2012
Its and okay hotel, and its away from all the big noise from the city center, and still is close to everything. It also have a nice restaurant and very nice bar inside. Good staff to always have you going with the hotel bus, to everywhere you want to go.

"Convenient Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 24, 2012
Convenient location, pleasant accommodation. Negative was cumbersome and inconvenient check in process. No on site assistance and had to travel to owner for access keys.
"Great value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 9, 2012
I have been staying at this hotel since they opened. They deliver great value for the price. In essence you get an apartment for the price of a hotel.
"Magnificent hotel setting and gardens"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 26, 2012
We enjoyed our first visit to Cape Town at this lovely hotel, with its spectacular and lush gardens to stroll around. Nearby is the not-to-miss Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. We enjoyed our two-story suite with a kitchenette and heated floors! Breakfasts (included) at the Conservatory restaurant were pleasantly staffed and provided in a lovely indoor setting to enjoy the gardens outside. Fortunately, we had made reservations well in advance to have dinner at the Greenhouse restaurant on the premises. It's considered the top restaurant in S.A. and did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the hotel's desk staff did not meet our expectations; we had to make multiple calls to get service for minor requests and they were completely unhelpful about their complimentary shuttle services to the waterfront. We were fortunate to have a fabulous driver/guide on contract with the hotel who advocated for us and smoothed over the miscommunications.
"Top notch residences and excellent service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 16, 2012
These apartments are so perfect for a family needing more space than a hotel can offer. The amenities are 5 star and the location is absolutely beautiful.
