"Very close to all attractions!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
The service and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. We first were given a twin room which was very small and by the third day we got a bigger room. The beds are very good and we had a good nights rest the full 8 days we were there. The pool was dirty and the sauna was not working. Also our room was not cleaned before 2.00 pm. and most of the time we never got enough towels. Otherwise we found the hotel very accomedating and helpful . The breakfast was very good and the hotel was located near the center of town with the lovely "Company Garden" right across and below Table Mountain. - We would stay there again.
"Nice and quiet hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 4, 2012
Its and okay hotel, and its away from all the big noise from the city center, and still is close to everything. It also have a nice restaurant and very nice bar inside. Good staff to always have you going with the hotel bus, to everywhere you want to go.

A nice guest house. Only complaint would be inaccessibility of staff part of the day and lack of free wi-fi or internet. A bit tacky to charge for the use of a centrally located computer.
"Good value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 18, 2012
Loved the hotel. Rooms were comfortable. 1412 has a great view - request this room if you like light. Excellent view of mountains. Breakfast was good, so was the executive lounge where you can have light snacks and coffe/tea. Wireless service was 100 Meg / day free, and then additional capacity for a small fee. Transportation, everywhere we went we used a taxi. From the hotel to the Harbor its always 50 rand. To the airport 300 rand, to the convention center 30 rand. Hallways need to be updated. Staff is great.

"Great View"Reviewed by Jennifer S. of "Baltimore, MD" on Jan 23, 2012
Great view of the city of Capetown as well as Table Mountain! The hotel is a little out of the city which we preferred but only took 5 minutes to drive to the V&A waterfront and is convenient to all the major highways in Capetown. Great restaurants at the hotel and the staff were all friendly and accommodating to our needs. If I ever stay there again I would be sure to request and pay for the Ocean View room, it would be worth the extra money.

"Very central to Cape Town CBD, but lacks cleaning"Reviewed by Mark F of "Florida" on Oct 28, 2010
We were very pleased with the location of this property, just three blocks from the Cape Town Int'l. Convention Center. The lobby personnel was very helpful, but the cleaning staff needs better training -- there were several signs in our flat that the cleaning had been done hastily.
