  I stayed here for 5 nights and the service is fantastic. The english of the staff is rahter good; certianly they can get you a cab, to a restaurant, or to some shopping. The Fitness Center is really small, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, very light dumbbells, and an all-in-one machine...Also, internet is quite slow but from other dealing with wifi in Sao Paulo is pretty much on par with what you will find, I would stay there again. Location is two blocks off of Paulista Ave so you can quickly grab a subway to other parts of the city.

  This hotel is my home now when I go to Sao Paolo twice a year. I only wish more of the staff spoke English, but then again, how many hotels in NY have Portugeuse speaking staff. I will just have to practice more with Rosetta Stone.
