Clean and spacious (but dated) rooms in the heart of Consolacao/Augusta. Spacious bathroom. Small-ish elevator. Solid Brazilian-style breakfast. Helpful front desk. I'd go back when in San Paulo.

It was located half a block from the convention center, nice breakfast, clean, great service. Room was big for what I had in mind. Big king size bed. A/C worked well. Just one thing, the hotel felt really old but well maintained. Overall recommended for business trips.

What I like the most about this hotel is the people that make me feel like family. Most importantly Onansis who introduced me to all the neighbors and it make me feel safe and secure. English was a challenge but they were able to find alternative. The air condition was too noice. Overall, I think it is a great hotel but need more people at the front desk that could speak english. Thanks

The room was clean and safe, I would stay there again but you should see where I've stayed the bed was hard, but felt my stuff was safe. K

Very nice staff and very helpful. good breakfast buffet with healthy options. Safe location with supermarket around the corner. You can Walk to Plaza SE and Ave Poulista so great location.

Beautiful setting in a remote area of island. Good food and warm and friendly staff. The natural beauty of the beaches is the highlight of this resort.
