"Great location, great breakfast"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 21, 2013
Our stay was for 5 days. Very courteous people that spoke English perfectly. The room was small but very clean and neat. Lots of noise on the corridor. Walls are paper thin and we had some loud neighbors for 3 days that woke us up at 6:30 in the morning. Excellent breakfast and free wi-fi. It was a great price for a hotel that offers all of that. Will stay again! :-)

"portugeuse only"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 17, 2012
The hotel was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. One thing I thought was odd was the lack of a clock in the room, but not bad. Just odd. The room had a comfortable bed, a remote control air conditioner, an easy-to-use safe, and great shower pressure/water temperature. The breakfast was complimentary and delicious, and the the location was just a block or two from the metro, although not immediately visible from there, or the airport shuttle stop; you have to look around a bit and use a map. They were also directly across the street from a small grocery, which was nice for supplementing my snacks and such (prepping to walk Sao Paulo all day, this was very helpful). The staff were as friendly and as helpful as I would have asked for. Unfortunately, they don't speak English or Spanish as well as the claim "multi-lingual staff" might lead you to believe. I spent quite a lot of time in my phrase book (having not had time to learn much of the language due to the short notice of my trip). They did try, but if it's essential that you speak English, this may not be your best bet.
"Convenient for Expo at Anhembi Convention Center"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 29, 2012
The hotel is right at the doorstep of the convention center, which made it very convenient to attend Expo Mecanica. Rooms were clean and comfortable, free Wi-fi. Hotel has a couple of restaurants and a bar. The front desk staff speaks English. The hotel has pickup service (Between 0700- 2200 hrs) from Metro-Tiete station, if you decide to take an Executive bus from Guarulhos airport.

"Paulista Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 2, 2010
This hotel is well located not too far from Paulista and Ibirapuera park. You can walk to both safely during the day and evening( although I wouldn't at 2:00 am ). There are lots of restaurants close by including the St Etienne which is open 24 hrs and at least 6 sushi places and close by is a large supermarket. This hotel is used by the airline crews and while not high end is very comfortable
