Stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable room with view of river. On tourist street with loads of restaurants. Can walk to Citadel. Most attractions require taxi or tour. Hotel staff very accommodating.

Honestly, Thai Binh 2 was perfect. It's super easy to get to - the bus from the airport will take you straight to the hotel. Rooms are spacious. The staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was plenty good, too. Best of all, the hotel is right in the middle of everything. I walked everywhere, and when I couldn't, I just rented a bike from the hotel.

This was the biggest hotel of our Vietnam trip. They have a huge breakfast selection. The hotel feels like a place for business travelers. I found it a bit odd that when I asked to rent a motor bike we were directed to the security outside who loaned us his friend's scooter. It was quite an ordeal and wasted about forty-five minutes trying to sort out. We were only there for one night so that took a big chunk out of our day. I read that it was close to the airport. Don't let this deceive you. Hue airport was a good 40 minutes away!

Hotel is A+, personal is professional. Except: they forgot to pick us up at the airport, their proposed tours are very low qualities and you hand up with high entrances fees. They booked us up on a bus from Hue to Hoi An. Local bus, A/C was not working properly and suspension was horrible. I would rate the hotel: 5 stars but all others services were 2stars maximum.

Had a very enjoyable stay the hotel. Excellent service, the breakfast was great, wonderful pool and garden to relax, room was spacious and very nice. Hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. All made for a lovely visit to a very lovely city in Vietnam - Hue.

Corfortable place to stay at a very reasonable price. The hotel had a nice location by the river. There was a really good cafe right around the corner with cheap delicious coffee. I also had the best banh mi(vietnamese sandwhich) of my trip so far right up the street.

For a reasonable price, this was a very sweet and comfortable hotel. The best part was the staff. Sue (sp) and another guy (I didn't get his name) arranged all the details for a plan trip to Hanoi, a cruise on the HaLong Bay, train tickets to Sapa, transport to/from the airport, and a hotel in Hanoi. The staff really went above and beyond to make all these arrangements while we went out to visit the sights of Hue. All the details worked like clockwork. The hotel and staff are really wonderful!!!
