very relaxing 2 days at white sands. great place to stay if you have a larger group - we had a guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Food & drinks at the restaurant were excellent!

This hotel has a lot of potential, the location is great, food is decent, the rooms are spacious, the wifi is not good though, it's hard to go online if you're on the 2nd floor.

This hotel brought a cake to my sister's room on her birthday. They waited for her to return to her room to bring the cake. It was very thoughtful and exceptional for this hotel's caliber (not in the same hotel category as Peninsula...). I never expected this. It was very nice.

Hotel staff speak English and are very friendly and accommodating. They were unable to give us the supreme room we booked, so they gave us a smaller room and offered my husband and I both a 1 hr free full body massage which was great!!! Morning buffet was okay- omelette, hotdog, bacon, fruit, american coffee, and fruit juices. The pool is beautiful and the hotel located right on the beach front. The beach is beautiful, but waves are very strong so be careful - 6-9 am is the best time to swim. There are plenty of restaurants and local shops with trinkets, purses etc right outside the hotel. The hotel can arrange tours and buses for you at the front desk. The only complaint is that it is sort of a little older building and the shower door didn't close properly so water got everywhere on the floor.
