For the price, this definitely surpassed our expectations. The desk staff were very helpful, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, the room was cute and clean. I noticed several reviewers complained about the fact that the doors have a large glass panel in them. To be clear, this is opaque glass, and the doors are situated so that there is NOT a privacy issue. The glass lets in some light from the hallway but we did not find this to be a problem at all. I recommend this place, no problem! It isn't a deluxe hotel but it is clean, convenient, friendly and cute- just what we were looking for (in fact, better)

I stayed there for 2 day with my family and I have no problem. Yes, the hotel look a bit old but the staff are vey nice and helpful. I check out an hour late but they didn't charge me any extra fee.

Very good hotel, central location, good views from the hotel balcony, but breakfast service could be improved.

I booked a standard room with my fiancée for 6 nights, but thought the standard room was a little cramp so we upgraded to the deluxe room. Rooms were clean and service was exceptional. Only issue I had was the wifi on the 7th floor was a little sporadic and lobby was a little too warm. In general it was a good stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my fiancée and the service was exceptional. We got a garden bungalow and room was very clean and the bath was so specious. Overall it was a great experience.

Lover this place. They have recently remodeled it so everything is new and clean. VERY friendly and nice staff. They were full for the weekend so we had to change hotels and hotel Thang Bom is way better than my current one. Cheap minibar prices and 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants will have me staying here any time I'm back in Nha Trang.
