  This is not a luxury hotel. But for the price it is perfect. The rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable with lots of clean towels every day. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

  We had a room that was right behind a gas station and it was very noisy. The window curtain was not adequate and the light from said gas station lit up our room all night. On the positive side, the registration process and all other staff related events were very helpful and cheerful. The room was in need of remodeling but was very clean.

  At the time, I was just passing through town and it was late and I needed an inexpensive place to sleep for the night. If I were to visit Monterey again even for more than just one night, I would stay here again.

  It wasn't bad for price. Freindly. Breakfast was ok. I would stay there again.

  Really bad internet access during the evenings. Very noisy small fridge. Apart from that it was ok.
