  Above average hotel, nice clean and accomodated our need to change our room location - would stay again - great breakfast and attentive staff.

  Stay was good....front desk people were great. The people in the room next to me were smoking weed and it somehow stunk up my room, but I was going to bed anyway and must have got used to the smell, but it was very strong.

  It was great for the price, loved the breakfast options... Didn't love the horrid smell of mold coming from the bathroom that filled the room. They just need to spend a little more time with the cleaning but the guest service was great. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Was nice to have a fridge. The much more expensive hotel just up the block that my friends stayed in didn't even have one. Also nice view of the courtyard and pool.

  The hotel is in a prime location for where I was going, but I still thought it was a bit sketchy. It might just be because it was my first time to Oakland. However, the rooms were really nice. Not the biggest, but it was nicely furnished. The people were nice as well. I enjoyed the stay.

  This is a very nice motel. It is within walking distance of the Oakland Coliseum (a little over a mile). The area is an old industrial area. But the hotel is newer, comfortable and very clean. I will go again whenever we make it out to a Raider game!
