  Easy to find. Close to the water and walking distance to resturants which was convenient. Beds were on the firm side, which I like. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Only 1 at a time can get ready. Had an issue with a toilet overflowing in one of our rooms, but they quickly moved us into another room with a King Bed. Overall, it was a nice enough place to stay and since it was just a short one night visit - it worked for us.

  We were traveling for business, when I found this hotel. I was worried because it was cheap compared to the other hotels in the area but I booked it for 4 nights. It was very clean in the rooms must to my surprise since the outside looked run down. The plus to this hotel is the cost, cleanliness, location( it's easy to get to several towns). The negative to it was bed was uncomfortable, rooms were smaller, key deactivated several times, parking lot is small.

  The management of this facility wowed me with their attention to detail. This included what I would call premium bedding, a wide variety of courtesy movies to pass a sleepless night, and a full service breakfast bar. In short, I got my money's worth and would stay here again.

  Coming from Australia with my family, we stayed one night and loved Monterey and the hotel so much we stayed another day and a half. The rooms were great! Clean, well appointed, luxurious whilst affordable and the service was tops... The indoor pool put this hotel miles above the surrounding choices.
