Overall is was ok. Still Water does not offer room service or maid service. If you want new towels, you have to exchange them at a different building. And you have to clean the room before you leave to avoid an additional charge. Since nothing is done for you, it's more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. As far as the condition of the place is concerned, it was great other than the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I mean no offense to Still Water by saying these things, I'm just being honest. If you don't mind doing things yourself when you're on vacation, then this place would perfect for you. However, I'll probably be staying at an actual hotel during my next trip to Branson.

The only thing that could have been better was a mini fridge in the room. We still loved it and have already recommended The Radisson to friends!! Can't wait to go back.

The hotel was perfect for our family, we had plenty of room for us the kids and the grand kids to be able to stay together but still have privacy. Very clean, and comfortable, we plan on trying to stay here again as a family in the future.

We had a great time staying here the staff was nice and helpful. The guest house was extrememly nice I liked the fact that they had a xbox kinex bowling torny for everyone and pool table and air hockey. Plus the splash zone was nice. We will definately be staying again.

This hotel was quite a surprise and only in the most positive way possible. Although somewhat unassuming looking from the outside, we were greeted by a very polite and helpful staff. The (full) breakfast was nicely done and tasty, and the pool/sauna/hot tub was great (open until midnigth for late nite hot tub fun). The room was sparkly clean and modern and comparable to many of those I have visited in big city and a lot higher stars (and prices). The most positive part of our stay here is the service we received, from polite and helpful folks to the more unseen things such as filling up breakfast items five minutes before closing to ensure selection, to letting folks finish eating before closing down, to offering extra tissues when they say one of our guest had a cold. Hard to beat that kind of service these days. This particular hotel has just gained customers for life as we are definitely coming back!
