hotel was busier than usual due to the Bonham's car auction and the Boca Concours d'Elegance. That made for busy pool area and restaurants.The surprising factor were the many many young children running around

The hotel has a great location, Starbucks in within walking distance and the beach access is just about 5 minutes away. The hotel could definitely use some renovations and could be a bit cleaner.

Rooms could stand to be updated but they include a refrigerator and microwave. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Pool and hot were very clean. Breakfast could be better. Staff was friendly.
