  The only real negative to this hotel is the train that goes by on a regular basis shaking the entire hotel. Noise is no big deal, however, feels like a small earthquake every 20 minutes or so.

  Our condo was first available Sunday but we wanted to have the weekend near our son who lives 5 miles from the hotel. Your hotel was ideal; comfortable bed, very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The sign was not easily seen coming up the busy street. But once we knew how to get to it, we enjoyed our stay very much.

  This is a good value if you are looking for somewhere to spend the night right off I-95 in Boca. The hotel is older, no fancy amenities, but the a/c worked well, the beds were comfy, small tv but good enough to catch news on. It was perfect for me and my son as it was in a safe, quiet area. I would recommend it.

  I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. which delivered the quality I expect from Marriott Courtyards. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, plentiful and easily accessible plug outlets for laptops chargers, etc. Only knock I can give it is that there was no frig in the room.
