  We had driven from California to Charlotte and needed to find a room, since we are relocating. Before booking, I asked if this hotel would have a room because it was snowing and many were already full. I was assured availability. We would arrive about 3:00am and would need a room without any problems. When we first arrived we were told they were full with nothing available. Eventually a room was found miraculously. We enjoyed the stay very much, except being awaken at 9:00am the next morning from housekeeping.

  Loved the STAFF, pool, and continental breakfast. I needed to stay a month while relocating. I could NOT imagine a better stay anywhere!

  This hotel worked out perfectly for our one night stay before going to IKEA. Not the best, certainly not the worst either.
