  We loved the river terrace inn. We stayed for two days and were happy with the room and the service. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a five minute walk from downtown napa. Great hotel. I'd highly recommend it.

  We booked a Jacuzzi sweet. They put us into a rm. with no jacuzzi which was a nice room, but no jacuzzi. The manager moved us into a jacuzzi room but it was a small room (not a suite) with only a double bed. The jacuzzi didn't work. They couldn't fix it and the only chair in the room had a cigarette burns and smelled like smoke. It was noisy being next to the elevator and housekeeping rm. The maids were noisy, so the comfort level was bad. There is limited parking inside the hotel area and most spaces would not accommodate our standard pick-up. Location was a key point and you can walk anywhere downtown from there. Night manager was extremly competent and tried his best to accommodate our needs and wishes

  Great Location, walking distance from numerous bars & restaurants. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the uninsulated walls, the extremely loud ice maker, and the heat/cool unit that tired to kill us. The first night we were next to an ice maker that turns on and off at 10min intervals and kept us up all night. The hotel moved us to a much nicer room but the walls are so thin you can still hear everything. The heat/cool unit is either one extreme or the other. The rooms are cute and the bedding is nice. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Loved walking around to all the bars and whatnot.

  I reserved two rooms for my children and grandchildren. They were delighted and very pleased with the rooms and service. I was very pleased with the price!! I will definately put my out-of-town guests up here....

  Very clean, helpful staff, convenient location. Unfortunately we were near the office, and heard people arriving at 3:30 AM, and then departing guests waited for a bus outside our door at 7:30 AM....made for a short night!

  I had a king room and it was very spacious with a nice sitting area. The breakfast in the morning makes up for not having free internet in the room. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that have free internet though so I'd like to see this hotel offer it. Bed was comfortable. Nice ammenities in room. Overall happy with my stay.
