Everything was fine and very nice folks running the motel. Breakfast not so good. Mostly Coffee and cupcakes!

Went to Newport, OR with friends. The hotel is near the Bayfront, although too windy for walking. Also perfectly positioned between two state parks. Rooms were nice and clean. The exercise equipment needs some modernization. The breakfast was a muffin and coffee however eating at the hotel wasn't part of our vacation. Enjoyed our stay.
