Our stay was for medical treatments at a nearby hospital... stafff was outstanding in their accomadations for us. We wiil stay here in the future.

It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room. The heating/cooling unit was very loud. Friendly staff! Earlier start time for cont. breakfast?

All was good except the poor condition of the bed. My wife and I had a restless night sleeping with sore backs in the morning.

This is a good place to stay and i would stay there again. However visitors should know that the hotel rooms are incredibly old. The only thing which has changed in the hotel room in the last 40 years is the TVs (which are new flat screens). The athletic club facilities, lobby bar, and location downtown are the best in Milwaukee.
