  We were in Milwaukee for state bowling tournament and it was very convenient to the alley. The hotel was dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We used the exercise room and the pool and both were very nice.

  Our stay was for medical treatments at a nearby hospital... stafff was outstanding in their accomadations for us. We wiil stay here in the future.

  It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room. The heating/cooling unit was very loud. Friendly staff! Earlier start time for cont. breakfast?

  What was not cool what's the fact that I book online and get I still have to pay a 50 dollar security fee that was not mentioned online at the time of booking. they were not going to let me to stay until I came up with the 50 dollars even though I paid

  Everything was very well done. I was dropped off at the other Holiday Inn by the airport by mistake. Since they were full I needed to be transported to the other Holiday Inn. They called for their (my reserved hotel) shuttle to transport me. Why not just take me with the shuttle that was sitting unused in front of that hotel. This was not good "Holiday Inn" customer service. I understand I was not going to be staying there, but this was part of their company.
