The hotel is right next to a Target and a good bunch of restaurants. There is also a giant liquor store within walking distance with a large selection. An IHOP practically right outside the door of the hotel. I would say it's a great location to be to find things. The hotel was busy on the weekend with a lot of kids in the pool. The staff is very friendly.

I stay at this hotel once a month for work. Usually 2-3 days at a time. Although this hotel is nothing extravagant the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants and decent breakfast. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rochester for business.

Staff was very nice, pool was enjoyable and warm not 72 degrees like some hotels brrr! Rooms could definitely have been cleaner as it had remnants of a kids party i.e. hats, rings. smarties under the dressers, by the beds etc which was an issue as we had a toddler with us so we cleaned.

From the front desk staff, to the bartender & waitress in the restaurant, to the shuttle driver who took me to the airport, the entire staff was friendly, accomodating, helpful & made me feel like I was a guest in their home, rather than in an impersonal hotel! If I'm ever in Rochester, NY again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again...and will recommend it to anyone I know who is making a trip to Rochester

room coffee was among the worse I've ever had in a hotel, but otherwise, it was an excellent overall experience. The price is very reasonable.

Everything about the hotel was great, the only thing I had a problem with was the thermostat – even though it read that it was 70º, it couldn't have been more than 65º. However, I would definitely go back, because the staff was great and the hotel itself was quiet.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was wonderful; I would have hoped for a hotel closer to Roberts Wesleyan, as my daughter and I were there for a college visit. However, the staff and room were very nice and I would highly recommend. Also, the complimentary breakfast offered an amazing number of choices and was very tasty.

I must say I like it, it's beyond my expectations. Free breakfast and free dinner from Mon. to Thu., very nice, I espcecially like its place, near all most of the shopping malls and restaurants
