"the rooms are amazing, the staff was horrible."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The rooms are nice, clean and a great value for the price. However, we were left one wash cloth for two people. The staff was horrible. We called about an hour after booking to see what time the room would be ready and the lady who answered jumped down our throats rudely saying they would call when it was ready. Two hours later (around 730 pm) we called back and a gentleman answered and said we were ready to go, when my husband told him what the previous attendant said he tells us they dont call when the room is ready. We get there and both attendants were rude. The night went well check out is at noon so around 10 we were woke up to housekeeping asking when we would leave cause she was ready to clean the room. The room was nice though.

"Great Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
We stayed at the Sheraton for our trip to see the OKC Thunder play the Miami Heat on Valentines Day. We were able to easily walk to the game in about 5 minutes through the cox convention center, which conveniently kept us out of the cold. The staff was very friendly, the hotel nice and clean with good decor, the rooms spacious (with the exception of the bathroom), the beds and linens very cozy, the hotel restaurant was excellent, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and it was located right next to Bricktown and the Myriad Botanical Gardens, and within walking distance of the Memorial, Art Museum, and Banjo museum. We walked everywhere except for the zoo (which I would not recommend compared to many other zoos I've been to) during our 5 night stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to OKC.
"nice hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
Very nice, clean rooms. Would be better if they had microwave in the room. Lots of police activity during the night, kind of made me nervous about safety. But overall a good stay.
"Just beautiful"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
This hotel was amazing, the front desk staff, to the kitchen staff. The room was a great size, we had our 3 month old daughter with us, it's was so quiet and comfy for her she slept all night. I would definitely stay here again.
