Clean room for professional business stays. Near Chili's and Colton's for quick meals. Clean restrooms and common areas. Fine for business travel. Not my choice for a luxury vacation, but perfect for business travel.

The hotel was fairly clean. Bring your own towels and washcloths as they do not like to provide those for you. There is no housekeeping during your stay. The hotel had a weird odor but overall it was clean and new. This hotel was more for people needed short term living arrangments not a comfortable stay for a vacation. We wanted a kitchen so we chose this hotel for that reason. The price was unbeatable! But you have to sacrafice for it. The bed was HARD. Overall it was fine simply because we were off sightseeing all day so we weren't there much.
