  Close to public transportation stops, and in bad weather we didn't have to drive...went everywhere on the T or by bus. Restaurants are also just a couple of blocks away and we walked to several great places to eat. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

  This hotel has a very northern European feel: compact and efficient, very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and effective at check in and out; I am not sure a lot of other services are offered. The real selling point of this hotel is its location -- right in Harvard Square. If one has business with or interest in Harvard this location cannot be surpassed.

  Coffee was good, a big plus for me. Free parking is also a plus for the Boston area. Continental breakfast was better than most. Toasted English muffin, boiled eggs and a sweet roll hit the spot. They keep coffee and tea available all the time. I would suggest some night time tea, camomile and mint would be nice! Nice room, warm on a very cold night....

  Ease and grace. The hosts were absolutely wonderful: friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. There was also privacy. Very quiet neighborhood. The house itself was artful and aesthetically very pleasing, including the details of subtle lighting. The bed was fabulous. A -Plus!
