  We chose this motel because it was reasonably priced and close to the conference we were attending. It wasn't luxurious but very adequate for our needs, and we had no complaints.

  Overall, our stay was not bad. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We had just a few issues. The staff always seemed to not like dealing with guests. They were always short and not very friendly. Another issue, the heater and air conditioner weren't not functioning. The hotel staff did not advise us of this issue upon check-in. We found out because another guest complained and the staff told that guest that they had to actually request the utilities be turned on. My wife and I called the front office to ask if we could get our heater turned on, which it never did. When we went to the office the next morning, the manager stated that maintenance personnel said they did turn the heater on, however, we never left the room and the heater was never turned on.

  Older motel but clean and offered all the amenities. The price was great. Staff was very friendly. Would definitively stay there again.

  Great location for Mesa, AZ. Access to stores and restaurants is easy to get to. Room service was quick. Bar closes too early though.
