The location is conveniently located in Grand Forks. Price is good for the value along with a nice continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The carpets could use some updating, but overall a nice place to stay while in the Grand Forks area!

the outward appearance of the hotel isn't much. But inside its not too bad. the room was huge! very spacious, decently clean. My only complaint was that the variety of breakfast was lacking. also, the pool was freezing and the hot tub was lava hot.

I had a pleasant stay,it was very quiet and the continental breakfast in the morning was very good.I would definitely stay their again the next time I am out in Grand Forks.

Everything was great. Lounge was a nice way to relax. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was excellent and prices were very reasonable.

This is a basic room with nice TV and cable. Walls are a little thin and decor is dark and worn but if you are looking for a very inexpensive hotel this is it. Staff was very friendly. Location is close to UND and The Ralph. It appears they are doing some updating.
