  Hotel staff very friendly. nice lobby, good breakfast with fresh fruits and no plastic dishes. After complaining about the size of suite we were sold for 5 persons (definitely too small and not a fair sale) we were given complimentary upgrade to a two bed room suite by the manager which was very much appreciated. Free parking and free wireless internet are very convenient as well as close access to highway and airport.

  We stayed over for one night on our way to key west 4 people to a room. Room was very clean. Perfect for an overnight stay or a longer stay and it was affordable

  Although the Hotel is a bit old and a bit hidden, it was in a good area and it served its purpose for our stay. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities. For the first time I have slept in such a comfortable matress. The next morning breakfast was on time and they had a good variety. A suggestion would be to add to their menu Yogurt and Oat Meal. We worried when we arrived that they could not find our reservation but it was quickly resolved apparently it had not been entered into their system. One minor complaint and that the parking facilities are expensive, I feel it should be included in the price for the stay. Overall I would say there again and we are thinking about it since we have to take our son to the University of Miami open house and it is perfect for that.

  The stay was great. I read a lot of the reviews before booking the place. Yes there were flyers pushed under the door. But I did not see anyone walking the hallways. They first gave me a room that had a noisy AC but Orlando at the front desk said if for any reason u are not satisfied with the room just let me know. So I did and he changed the room instantly. Very nice service. Also someone wrote a post saying Jessica was not helpful but my experience was exact opposite. She was very helpful and accomodating. Only thing I missed was that there was no coffee machine in the lobby where I could get a cup of coffee when I arrived. They had one in the room though. So not a biggie. I will stay there again. AND I did NOT hear any airplanes as people mentioned (airport near by). I was on the second floor. And yes your GPS might not accept NW in the road name just put North instead. That works. Happy customer!
