  Overall I was pleased with my stay at Hotel Urbano. The valet staff were amazingly pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was pleasant as well. I was surprised by the valet fee ($30 per night), but apparently it is fairly common in Miami. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. Very modern with everything I needed. Next time I might opt for the pool view. The food in the restaurant was not great. I did not to get to use the pool because it was raining, but I thought it looked like a great outdoor area to spend some time. Hopefully I will get the chance again. I would recommend this hotel, just be aware of the valet fee.

  Was upset that they charged extra for parking, and my window (on the 5th floor) was filthy on the outside. I know they can't do much about the surrounding neighborhoods, but they weren't the greatest. But as far as being close to the hospital it was perfect.

  Our hotel stay was very nice.The room was very clean and nice and comfortable.Hotel staff was pleasant. I loved the coffee/espresso maker in the lobby ( great idea ) always fresh because you make it when your ready for a cup !!! I would defiantly stay here again.

  Let's face it, you're going to stay at this hotel as a stopover so you want a comfy bed. It was great and the room, one of the biggest I've been in. The hotel itself could probably do with some redecoration but it's irrelevant next to the room. Would definately stay again
