"Easy walk to Bayside Marketplace"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
Picked this hotle before leaving on a cruise out of the Port of Miami. We thought it would be a good idea to get a rental car to avoid taxi fees but when we got to the hotel we learned it was a bad choice. The parking for the hotel was reasonable (it was the same as all the others around), except you had to pay the price EVERY TIME you took you car out of the lot. I was a the strangest thing I had ever heard of. So this hotel is good if you are just looking for a plave to stay the night before a cruise. However no shuttle service was offered (airport or to port). The location of the hotel saved it for me because we were maybe a 5 minute walk to the huge market place with food. the pool area was nice, only it was chilly when we stayed so we didnt spend much time there. As other reviews said, the rooms/carpets were moist but it wasnt a huge deal.

"Repeat Customers -- Another Great Stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
This was our second stay at the Mutinty and we were reminded again what a great place this is to stay. For us, traveling with small children, the Mutiny can't be beat with in-room washer dryer and a full kitchen with dishwasher. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside to the Mutinty is the mandatory valet parking and outrageous daily fee. We would definitely stay here again though!
"Great for Coconut Grove Art Festival"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
Great location. Everything we needed. Service was great! Was able to make the room cool enough for comfortable sleeping! The room had everyhting we needed. The Valet guys were awesome...even tho it was traffic mayhem because of the arts festival.

"Confusing to get to"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 3, 2012
The hotel is not a hotel at all. It is condo's that are rented out...very very confusing at first. Lacked having a key for the elevator. The Property Management who rent the unites did not give us a key to the elevator so we had to go down to lobby and ask to go to another floor. The rooms were very nice (beds were not the best, but the rest of the room was nice...included a kitchen living room and washer/dryer that was good. Only stayed 2 nights and loved the spa and pool area. Very nice. Only bad thing was getting what we needed from the property management because the front desk did not have any info or could not help us. Still waiting for a coffee pot that worked!
"A Gift"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 30, 2011
I did not stay here. This was a gift to my girlfriend and her best friend, while they attended a music festival. I set up billing directly with the hotel and they were very helpful and emailed me the 3rd party billing form, which I faxed back. Her stay was reserved and payment established in less than 30 minutes. She raved about this hotel. The staff was friendly, efficient, accommodating, and exceeded her expectations. She says she had the best spa day ever and the food service was four star. Next time we're in Miami, we will be here together.
