"Located near a lot of business buildings..."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
Clean, etc. Only complaint would be the lack of blanket/sheet/towel replacements even though I was there three days.

"Just a few suggestions"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
We have stayed here before during the Miami Boat Show. It is the best place for the price. Our room this time was much bigger than last year (we were in the parking lot vs. the courtyard). The only 2 suggestions we have is that the air conditioning units are CRAZY loud... they sound like an aircraft taking off & landing when the go on & off... maybe they need service? Also, since bagels are offered during the free breakfast, the hotel should invest in a 4 slice toaster as there is always a line of people waiting to use the 2 slice. Other than that we are happy w/Motel Bianco!

"In a prime location!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
It was overall a pleasant experience, I found it odd though that the hotel room didn't have a phone or a coffee maker. Seeing as those are basic hotel amenities, but besides that it was in a good location and the room was in good condition.
"Affordable surprise"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 10, 2013
I had seen this hotel on the tv show "Hotel Impossible" and booked out of curiosity. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and even a refrigerator! I loved the pool area and the courtyard was a very nice place to relax and hang out. The front desk lady was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is that it was not as close to shopping and restaurants as implied on the website. We had a rental car, so that was not a big deal and spent our free time in South Beach just a few minutes drive away. I would recommend asking for a room on the pool side as the front rooms are on a busy street with traffic noise if that is an issue for light sleepers. Perfect for our one night stay coming back from our cruise!
