  Was upset that they charged extra for parking, and my window (on the 5th floor) was filthy on the outside. I know they can't do much about the surrounding neighborhoods, but they weren't the greatest. But as far as being close to the hospital it was perfect.

  Our hotel stay was very nice.The room was very clean and nice and comfortable.Hotel staff was pleasant. I loved the coffee/espresso maker in the lobby ( great idea ) always fresh because you make it when your ready for a cup !!! I would defiantly stay here again.

  Let's face it, you're going to stay at this hotel as a stopover so you want a comfy bed. It was great and the room, one of the biggest I've been in. The hotel itself could probably do with some redecoration but it's irrelevant next to the room. Would definately stay again

  Imagine our surprise to learn the airport shuttle only makes one swoop every half hour. While the front desk was quite friendly, they couldn't handle the simple task of calling us a taxi so we could grab a bite to eat. We ate at the hotel bar and didn't realize it was up to us to explain to our server that the appetizer should come BEFORE the entrees. Additionally, it was put upon us to go back to the bar for refills as our server ignored us the remainder of the evening. The room was lovely and had everything one could expect of a standard hotel. I suggest not expecting anything more from them than a comfortable place to sleep and a warm shower.
