  The staff was nice, helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable very clean carpet on room floor looked new .The pool and outdoor ammenities was clean. The hotel is under an update renovation, but that didn't distract me from my stay there. The rates are affordable

  We were there for a boat auction and the location was right off 75 and within 2 miles of auction. Breakfast was very nice too.
