  We had a couple problems with our room - TV and bathroom, but they were very prompt in fixing both, and gave us two days of free breakfasts for our troubles. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast. We were on the newer side of the hotel, so don't know what the other side was like. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

  We were visiting UNCW and just needed a hotel for overnight and didn't want to pay for a more expensive hotel for such a short stay. I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than many continental breakfasts I have had. I felt very safe and secure. The location was great for us as well. We made a great decisioin and would stay there again.
