Very convenient. Nice rooms and a great exercise facility with treadmills that can be appreciated by all types of runners.

Everything was great, location, room, decor, cleanliness, Service, access to parking and entrance to the hotel. Highly recommend!

We stayed here because we were in town for a concert at the Palace theater, it was so super close, it was the easiest in and out of a concert, it took less than five minutes to walk from the door of the hotel to the venue. The hotel itself was spacious and clean. The staff was was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice clean location was good price was cheap great for one night but we were terribly disappointed the pool was freezing so the kids swam in the hot tub. I mean really if your going to put the effort into keeping it clean for guests to use why is it not heated nor was the pool area

My friends and I only stayed one night but we were extremely pleased. Our room was clean and very comfortable including a new tv and comfy pillows. When checking out, the man at the front desk asked if we had anyone in our group whose last name started with an S. We said yes and he asked if anyone was missing any important ID cards. Turns out my sister had dropped her insurance card and several other cards in the hallway and didn't know it. The people at the desk tried to figure out what room she was in but couldn't because her name was not on the reservation. Thank you nice people in Ohio! We loved the midwest. That kind of stuff would not happen in Philly or New York...or at some other hotels chains. They treat you like family at the Country Inn and Suites!
