The hotel was nice clean location was good price was cheap great for one night but we were terribly disappointed the pool was freezing so the kids swam in the hot tub. I mean really if your going to put the effort into keeping it clean for guests to use why is it not heated nor was the pool area

We were very happy with our stay here. This hotel is not brand new but everything was very clean and our room was great. Nice king size bed & big bathroom. The 2 desk clerks I dealt with were both very nice & polite. The price we got was really good too! We would stay here again.

Our stay was very nice and within walking distance of everything we needed in the city. The staff was very kind and courteous and willing to help with anything we needed. Unfortunately, our room was next to the service elevator and we could hear it going up and down for the majority of our stay, which is why it received a lower score. Everything else was nice for our short getaway.

I had an issue the first night because I had no cable in my room. The manager did call the room the next morning and upgraded me to the penthouse for my inconvenience. It made me much more satisfied and worked in my favor since I had both of my children with me. She even helped me move all of our stuff to the new room.

My stay was great. The hotel was nice and clean. The decor was very nice and bright. All of the staff was great! It will really be great if the hotel would offer dinner service and room service. The next time I visit the casino, I will stay there.
