  The shower in the first room needed fixing..the tub filled up with water as the shower ran and the tub faucet also ran while running the shower. I was given another room immediately,but the phone and refridgerator didn't work in that one either...which I didn't know until the next morning when all of my food in the refridgerator was spoiled...when I told the front desk agent, she apologized,but it didn't seem sincere.

  The Westin Poinsett is right downtown, an easy walk to just about anywhere one wants to go downtown. There are many places to eat nearby as well as in the hotel, and it is both safe and interesting to walk the main streets. The exercise room is large and well-equipped. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a bathroom counter top that is right for a short grandmother like me.

  I was there with my family bc we had an emergency situation at home. The hotel room was a lot nicer than we thought it would be for the money. The family enjoy the stay. The only thing that was questionable were the bed linen. The sheets didn't look vey clean. I saw spots on the sheets

  nice, comfy and clean. Was not close to main street and only one cab company in town with no availability, so we had to use personal vehicle. If you don't mind driving to downtown Greenville, this is a very nice place. However if your intent is to see the Falls, and/or a venue at the Bi-Lo center with little driving, then stay elsewhere.
