It was generally better than anticipated; the only issues were (1) the lack of an elevator--having to carry bags up a flight of stairs and (2) breakfast issues--minimal cereal choices (no raisin bran or granola), no sausage, service workers not keeping up with coffee refills and having to find someone to brew more coffee
