How to get to Ojai

For those flying in, Ojai’s nearest gateways are Santa Barbara Airport and Bob Hope Burbank Airport, located 45 and 70 miles away respectively. The nearest major airport however is Los Angeles International. Serving destinations the world over, it’s just a 90-minute drive from Ojai. The city is also reachable via the Amtrak train, which makes a stop 12 miles away in Ventura. For weekend escapees driving in from LA, you’ll need to take the 405 Freeway north to 101 west to Ventura, and from there Exit 101 at Highway 33. Then simply carry on to Ojai Valley, before merging onto Ojai Avenue.
