How to get to Steamboat Springs

Also known as Hayden Airport, Yampa Valley Regional Airport is the town's nearest gateway. Situated just 22 miles away from Steamboat Springs, ski-season connections include links to Denver International, Los Angeles international, and New York’s Newark Liberty International. The town is easily accessible for drivers, and can be reached in about 3 hours if you’re coming from Denver. First you’ll need to follow Interstate 70 to Exit 205, before taking Colorado State Highway 9 to Kremmling. From there, go west on U.S Highway 40 until you eventually reach Steamboat Springs, and a well-earned rest.
