Older unit but very clean and well stocked kitchen. Only negative was no Queen beds as requested...just double beds.
"Easy to find"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
Fully accomodating for our family of five. Condo a little worn down, main bathroom grout on floor crumbling and walls and appliances dinged and scuffed from wear and tear. No tv in upstairs loft bedroom area and small, non-flatscreen tv in main sitting area. Overall, met our needs and probably worth the price, but not up to the standards of most facilities nowadays.

This was a wonderful hotel, the guest sevice people were outstanding. The only complint that I would have is the walls are thin so you can hear everything. The rooms were very nice and extremly comfortable, we had everything that we needed for a long weekend.

"A beautiful place to relax"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 25, 2012
My husband was photographing a wedding on the Saturday and so we decided to bring up the whole family for 3 days. We loved our condo and could not have been happier with it. We are hoping to book another wedding in Steamboat so we have an excuse to come back.
"Luxury for a good value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 19, 2012
The room was excellent once we opened the windows and let the cool air in (we were on a top floor, with a roof, not a ceiling). The 2 bedroom could comfortably have 7 people. The location was good, downtown just 10 minutes drive. The room had excellent facilities except for a fridge which occasionally made a slight noise (not a big deal at all). This was an off season stay (summer) so it was relatively affordable.
"Perfect place to stay for for baseball weekend"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 25, 2012
The condo was the best ever! It was fully equipped for the family, including game systems for the kids. The view of the entire valley was fabulous! The one small hangup was the check-in, which was at a different, nearby facility, so people kept showing up lost because they didn't read the fine print on their reservation receipts. I'd love to go back and, when I do, I'll stay at the Yampa View again. Already recommended it to friends, and they loved it, too!

We had a beautiful unit. The upgrades were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pebble floor shower. The fire place was very nice and there was tons of storage. Only issue we had was the kitchen sink not having the hot water turned on. Minor and easy fix. Would definitely stay again!
